Established in 2009, our company was founded by likeminded business owners who joined forces to create a nationwide alliance that offer a national sales and merchandising field service and brokerage opportunities to FMCG, Hardware and Pharmaceutical companies.

Selling & Distribution

We employ experienced sales representatives to build product sales and distribution by ensuring that your products are prominently featured in the right category, so they are visible, correctly priced and well-received by shoppers in a competitive independent grocery market.
Our strength is servicing the independent grocery market delivering an exceptional level of service to our already existing customer base.

Merchandising

Maximise brand and shelf presence through effective visual merchandising that includes filling, stock rotation, ordering, pricing management and ranging compliance. Our experienced team of merchandisers, work within retailer systems to manage stock levels to minimise out of stocks and maximise your sales. We can also provide in-store product education to staff, surveys and compliance checks.

Promotional Activation

Promotional activations are key to any sales plan, at Superlink we can deliver, build and negotiate agreed display locations to maximise your investment and improve your return on promotional spend. We provide timely feedback via our software reporting systems.

Space Planning / Planograms / Relays

At Superlink, we have a dedicated planogram / relay team ready to complete category layouts as required by retailers in set timeframes. Our relay teams are experienced in Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Bunnings, Priceline and IGA.

Field Management Software (Opmetrix)

Superlink’s role extends beyond getting your product on shelf, we include continuous measurement and performance analysis, using our CRM software. Utilising key performance indicators (KPIs) such as distribution, facings, in-store locations, and sales data, together we can assess the effectiveness of your marketing strategies and in-store compliance to activations.
Our software can capture data and photos in real-time to feedback important information to our clients.

As a third-party field service provider, we are well known for our merchandising, distribution, and sales results. We can provide direct-to-store capabilities that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your business.
