We have a trained team of merchandisers to improve your products shelf presence through effective visual merchandising in the major chains.

Each state-based Director and shareholder of Superlink has a world of experience in FMCG sales, marketing, and brokerage. Our primary mission is to provide a tailored sales and merchandising solution that compliments the unique needs of your brand, whether it’s an existing household power brand or a locally made new product launch.

Monica Binstead (Queensland)

With industry experience spanning four decades, my professional journey began with roles in merchandising for brands such as White Wings/Uncle Toby’s and Fay Ingram Promotions. During my tenure at Fay Ingram, I served as the Field Team Coordinator, honing my skills in promotions, demonstrations, and merchandising services. Embarking on a new chapter, I established a family business in 1997 on the Gold Coast. Specialising in supermarket and hardware services, our company has flourished over the years, extending our reach from Cairns in Queensland to Evans Head in New South Wales. Our dedicated team of 31 have been instrumental in delivering exceptional services including product sales, PDA ordering, market promotions, merchandising, planograms, and display building. Our commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication has solidified our position as a trusted service provider in the industry.

Naldo Pacchini (New South Wales)

Boasting a rich 45-year tenure in the grocery industry, my expertise cover the entire business spectrum from supply to sales, encompassing importing, sales, distribution, marketing, and logistics. Additionally, my proficiency extends to brokerage, merchandising, and business management.

Anthony Downes (Victoria)

With a tenure exceeding 34 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in our family-owned Grocery and Hardware servicing business, fostering a unique skill set. This journey has not only afforded me insights into the values and ethics essential for running a successful business but has also deepened my understanding of the expectations our customers and clients hold. Beginning in field sales roles, my responsibilities have evolved over time, and I currently lead a team of 35 professionals. My career has equipped me with extensive expertise in key areas such as Merchandising, Sales, Account Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution. Spanning various categories and customer segments, I have the knowledge and proficiency needed to effectively manage clients, ranging from small businesses to large multinational enterprises.

Phil Streng (South Australia and Northern Territory)

My professional journey started nearly five decades ago with Unilever, I made a pivotal transition into the realm of Brokerage around 30 years ago, as the Owner/Director of Strikeforce SA. In 2009, I initiated Superlink SA. My extensive experience encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the Food Industry at large, with a particular focus on South Australia. Throughout my career as a Broker, I have played a significant role in launching and managing numerous successful and widely recognised brands, including but not limited to, Pringles and Ski Yogurt. Serving as the Chairman of the National Food Brokers Association (ASMCA) in the past, I was honoured with an induction into the ASMCA Hall of Fame in 2007.

Nic Gangemi (Western Australia)

With three decades of industry expertise in FMCG, retail, account management, and field management, I have cultivated a progressive career path. My journey commenced in my teenage years, where I had the privilege of learning sales principles under the guidance of some of the industry’s top sales managers. My diverse experience spans from selling hardware ranges to confectionery for one of the largest global FMCG companies. This exposure has allowed me to gain comprehensive insights into various business facets, encompassing sales, marketing, account management, field management, coaching, and supply chain dynamics. With this wealth of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of what is required to succeed in the marketplace positioning me as a trusted partner in the industry.
